  • Egypt: Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations (Minister of Communications and Information Technology Decree No. 816 of 2025). Full-compliance date for in-scope organizations: 31 October 2026. Supervised by the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Centre (PDPC).
  • Saudi Arabia: Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19, amended by M/148) and its Implementing Regulations. Fully enforceable since 14 September 2024. Competent authority: SDAIA.
